Holland & Barrett is growing fast - and we're just getting started. With double-digit growth over the past two years, we're on a mission to help people take control of their health and wellbeing. Backed by a bold three-year strategy, we're investing in our people, expanding our store footprint, modernising our digital platforms, and launching innovative, science-backed products. In the past year alone, we've opened 36 new stores, refreshed over 320 locations, and grown our customer base by 9%, reaching record levels of satisfaction.
Our growth isn't limited to the UK. We're expanding internationally, with strong momentum across Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, and beyond - driving a 19% increase in global revenues last year. At the same time, we're overhauling our digital experience: replacing legacy systems, improving our supply chain, and launching personalised wellness solutions that make it easier than ever for customers to get the support they need, wherever they are.

- Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities across procurement activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and legal teams to align procurement activity with wider business goals.
- Contribute to contract management, including renewals, extensions, and ensuring terms are up to date and beneficial.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure service levels, quality, and compliance are maintained.
The Person
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, with a good grasp of contract law and vendor management.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to influence commercial outcomes.

- Familiar with strategic sourcing, and able to align procurement activity with budget, compliance, and risk requirements.
- Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings and improving procurement processes.
- Self-sufficient and proactive, with experience managing new supplier relationships and contributing to strategic decisions.
