IT Procurement Manager (Global Role)

£65,000 - £75,000 per annum

2/3 days in London per week


A leading global business is seeking an experienced IT procurement professional to join its international procurement team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping strategic sourcing across a broad range of IT categories, including software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and infrastructure.


In this role, you will lead sourcing and contracting initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate closely with technical, legal, and finance stakeholders to deliver commercially sound, value-driven outcomes. You will also contribute to digital transformation objectives, improve supplier performance, mitigate risk, and support sustainability and carbon reduction goals.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end sourcing and contracting across IT categories
  • Negotiating supplier agreements, renewals, and performance terms
  • Conducting vendor due diligence, ensuring compliance (including data security and GDPR)
  • Driving sustainable procurement practices
  • Delivering measurable cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Building strong relationships across global and regional teams
  • Using procurement tools and systems to enhance performance and reporting


About you:

  • Proven experience in IT procurement across software, cloud, infrastructure, and hardware
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Experience working across multiple regions
  • Knowledge of supplier management, risk mitigation, and contracting best practices
  • Relevant degree and/or professional qualification (e.g. MCIPS) preferred
  • Collaborative, proactive, and outcome-focused mindset
