This role focuses on business partnering and delivery of complex end‑to‑end sourcing projects across the Indirect category, specifically FM and Property.These brand new roles are part of a wider campaign across Group Procurement offering a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in the Procurement function.Indirect Procurement Manager Role (FM and Property category)Key to your success in this role will be the ability to operate at a highly skilled level to coach the business through the sourcing process enabling them to be market ready. Building multi-year sourcing and category strategies using market data and industry trends, ensuring the true end to end cost picture, risks and innovation are fully articulated and understood. Developing and leading strategic supplier relationships with key stakeholder relationships. Ultimately, you will be tasked with driving commercial value, Cost Management across a broad range of business critical Indirect Procurement projects.You will need toHave strong influencing skills and leadership, with the gravitas and adaptability to negotiate credibly with suppliers and engage with the executive management teamBe results driven with a track record of achievement while adaptable in the face of adversity, fast pace transformationAbility to identify benefit through contract lifecycle managementContribute to financial planning, deliver against Procurement and business targets, ensuring delivery of targets, monthly forecasting including delivery of annual budget submissionsExperienceIndirects Procurement experience - specifically in either Property or FM with evidence of leading and executing complex and strategic sourcing activityFull end-to-end Sourcing, Supplier & Category Management experience with evidence of building sourcing and category strategiesGood understanding of the Financial Services regulatory frameworkSkills to influence and drive effectively in a fast paced environmentSelf-motivation, tenacity, and a focus on deliveryGravitas, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsDue to our clients requirements, applicants must hold current / valid UK RTW #J-18808-Ljbffr
