We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role can be based at either our Glasgow or Warrington Office, however we also offer a flexible Hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver the Group’s procurement and supply chain strategy to support business objectives, growth, and value creation.
* Develop long‑term supplier strategies, using market insight to manage risks and identify opportunities
* Improve planning and digital capability within procurement processes.
* Ensure strong performance through SLAs, KPIs, and regular reviews, while taking corrective action where required.
* Provide commercial and financial leadership, overseeing negotiations, tenders, and contract reviews to achieve savings, rebates, and robust cost controls.
* Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leaders, act as a trusted advisor, and represent the business externally.
