We are seeking an ambitious procurement professional with proven experience in the food manufacturing sector. You’ll bring strong capability in strategic sourcing, category management, NPD procurement, supplier development, and stakeholder engagement. You should be confident operating in a fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach and the ability to influence at all levels.

In this role, you will:
Lead sourcing and negotiation across a broad range of ingredients, packaging, and indirect services
Manage a small team
Drive improvements in cost, quality, service, and innovation
Develop and implement category strategies that support wider business objectives
Work closely with Technical, Commercial, NPD and Supply Chain teams
Build strong supplier relationships to enhance performance and deliver long-term value
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
