Job Responsibilities & Objectives
Lead the onboarding and operation of global brand owners, large retailers, and e-commerce platforms to grow the scale and market share of the company's imported products. Drive and achieve core daily performance metrics, including GMV, gross profit, and net profit. Negotiate with suppliers; align on business plans; develop effective marketing and product sales strategies; and secure supplier marketing resources and funding support. Expand and develop new suppliers globally; manage, evaluate, and optimize supplier performance; and maintain a healthy supplier ecosystem and partnerships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant experience in retail, FMCG, import/export trade, or merchant acquisition. Experience in categories such as golf, fishing gear, sports/outdoor; merchant resources and management experience . Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and solid data analysis skills. Willing to take on challenges; strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure.
