my client is searching for a Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and end-to-end procurement process across multiple categories, ensuring commercial efficiency, value delivery, and risk mitigation across our global operations. With a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration and supplier relationships, this role contributes to optimising procurement spend while aligning with our sustainability and ethical sourcing standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage procurement processes in line with Group policy.Lead and execute sourcing projects and contract negotiations.Build strong supplier relationships and implement effective SRM.Deliver value through standardisation, cost optimisation, and innovative sourcing approaches.Evaluate suppliers for financial and ethical stability while managing risks.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with business standards (e.g., net zero, modern slavery).About YouProven procurement expertise across multiple categories, with experience in Retail, Leisure, or Hospitality sectors (advantageous). Goods & Services (non IT)Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical, results-driven, and highly organised with a practical approach to solving challenges.Experience in multi-country environments and familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
