This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where strategic thinking meets real-world execution. Youll work at the intersection of innovation, supplier collaboration, and commercial excellencenavigating complex challenges, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering value that powers Castrols performance. The role is a highly dynamic role with a mix of short-term deliverables and longer-term strategic intent. It is global in nature with many key markets and stakeholders out of region. Senior stakeholders need to be engaged e.g., VP of Marketing, VP of Supply Chain, Technology and Head of Countries. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, Global Additives you will have the following areas of ownership: Lead Industrial Strategy: Approve and communicate sector sourcing strategies for Industrial additives and ultimately sign off supplier selection.
