About the Role

A Tier 1 bank is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Content and UX Manager to join its Operational Procurement and Systems team. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience across procurement platforms, ensuring intuitive navigation, efficient content design, and seamless system adoption.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external providers to enhance procurement systems, drive automation, and maintain high standards of compliance and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the strategy and roadmap for procurement content development.
  • Lead the creation of an annual content delivery plan in partnership with category and operational teams.
  • Oversee procurement operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Monitor third-party performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Identify efficiencies in SAP content to improve user experience and reduce manual tasks.
  • Enhance self-service capabilities through clear, user-friendly content.
  • Continuously improve the procurement portal’s UX to align with internal processes.


What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to simplify complex analytical information for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in process optimisation.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba, with familiarity in Globality, ServiceNow, and EcoVadis.
  • Demonstrated success in driving UX improvements.


Nice to Have

  • Experience delivering transformational programmes.
  • Background in data analytics.
  • Experience managing third-party providers.


Working Model

This role follows a hybrid working pattern, with an expected office presence of at least 12 days per month with Flexibility in working arrangements can be discussed during the recruitment process.
