Procurement Business Partner - Shape the Future of NHS Procurement - 1 Day per Week On-Site in Gloucester Paying up to £65,000 + Full NHS Benefits Cedar are proud to be working in partnership on a retained basis with Gloucestershire NHS Procurement Shared Service to recruit two exceptional Procurement Business Partners . This is a rare opportunity to take on a highly visible, strategic role within a progressive procurement function that directly supports frontline healthcare delivery. Here, procurement is not transactional it is a critical enabler of patient outcomes, innovation and long-term value for the public purse. The Opportunity This role is about more than running compliant tenders. It is about attitude, influence and impact. You will operate as a true business partner engaging senior stakeholders, constructively challenging thinking, and championing best-practice procurement across a diverse and high-profile portfolio. This is a cross-category role with a strong indirect focus , covering key areas of spend including: Estates & Capital (CapEx) IT & Digital Clinical goods and services Experience within IT, Indirects or Estates and Capital procurement would be advantageous; however, breadth of experience and the right mindset are more important than a single category specialism.
