Procurement & Sales Operations Manager

Paddock Wood, Kent - Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite after probation) £50,000 – £55,000 DOE

Do you enjoy improving processes, protecting margins, and making sure deals are commercially sound and delivered smoothly? We are recruiting for a Procurement and Sales Operations Manager to join a well-established and growing technology business based in Kent. This is a senior, hands-on role where you will lead the Source and Supply function and play a key part in the wider management team.

This position will suit someone who understands the detail including quoting, procurement, licensing, margins but also enjoys stepping back to improve processes, develop people, and drive operational excellence across the business.

The role

As Procurement and Sales Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the full source-to-supply lifecycle, ensuring customers and internal teams receive the right solutions, at the right price, delivered accurately and on time.
