Job Description

Key Responsibilities are below:

Assess current procurement state. Define the optimised future approach. Implement actions to address internal audit recommendations. Facilitate knowledge transfer and upskilling. Help create and communicate the transformation narrative.

Essential Skills

Demonstrable experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field, ideally within the public sector or a regulated environment. Proven track record of delivering process improvements and embedding change within tight timeframes. Strong understanding of document retention, compliance, and risk management. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience of influencing at all levels. Ability to interpret and update policies, procedures, and guidance documents.
