Were delighted to be supporting a market-leading and expanding manufacturer based in South Birmingham in their search for a Procurement Administrator to join their busy and collaborative team.
Working closely with the Supply Manager, youll play a key role in supporting the procurement function, ensuring the timely and cost-effective purchase of goods from a range of UK suppliers. Youll be responsible for raising and managing purchase orders on the ERP system, processing them with suppliers and tracking progress through to delivery.
With a strong eye for detail, youll check order acknowledgements, resolve any pricing or delivery discrepancies and maintain accurate delivery dates to ensure full visibility of incoming stock and spend. Youll liaise regularly with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and collections, helping to ensure goods arrive on time and in full.
Alongside this, youll support stock planning activities by interpreting data, monitoring trends, lead times and anticipated demand, and producing regular reports for the wider team. Youll also ensure key procurement and supplier information is kept up to date on the ERP system, provi...
