About The Role We are looking for a proactive and organised Procurement Administrator to join the Procurement Team at Publica Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of procurement and administrative activities across our partner organisations and clients.
As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support and help ensure procurement processes are compliant, efficient and delivered to high professional standards.
Some of your responsibilities: Providing a comprehensive administrative service to the Publica Procurement Team Assisting in the production of periodic statistical data and returns for Government departments and external bodies, including benchmarking data Assisting in the implementation of innovative procurement practices, policies and procedures in line with Council Contract Procedure Rules (CPRs) and procurement legislation Supporting spend analysis on goods and services using Agresso ERP and other tools, applying category management techniques to drive efficiency and cost reduction Monitoring and actioning correspondence and documentation via the E-procurement portal to meet strict deadlines You will need Qualifications equivalent to NVQ Level 1 or GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English Ability to establish and maintain effective working relation...
