We’re working with a growing Managed Service Provider looking to hire a Procurement & Commercial Operations Administrator to play a critical role across procurement, contracts, billing, and vendor management. This is a high impact position supporting Sales, Finance, Delivery, and external vendors ensuring revenue accuracy, margin protection, and a seamless customer experience. The Role You’ll take full ownership of the commercial operations lifecycle, including: End-to-end procurement, quoting support, and purchase order management Contract setup, renewals, and subscription management Management of recurring billing cycles and billing accuracy Hands-on administration and optimisation of Autotask Supporting internal teams across Sales, Finance, and Technical Delivery Vendor and customer liaison to ensure smooth service and delivery Maintaining accurate, audit-ready commercial records What You’ll Need (Essential) Previous experience within an MSP / IT Services environment Strong, hands-on experience using Autotask (live system use) Proven experience managing: Procurement & purchase orders Contracts & renewals Recurring billing cycles High attention to detail with strong numerical and reconciliation skills Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams Experience liaising with vendors and customers xehkeey Desirable Experience Office 365 / NCE licensing knowledge Kaseya Quote Manager NetSuite Telecoms provisioning (e.g. Gamma) About You Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Commercially aware with a strong operational mindset Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced MSP environment Systems-focused with a drive to improve processes and accuracy The client is looking to fill this opportunity immediately, so please apply ASAP or feel free to drop me an email with any questions to owen @ serlimited . com.
