Job Description
Procurement & Commercial Operations Administrator (MSP)
Location: London (Hybrid Working)Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)
Are you an experienced Procurement or Commercial Operations professional within the MSP / IT Services space? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment where accuracy, ownership, and commercial awareness are key?
We’re working with a growing Managed Service Provider looking to hire a Procurement & Commercial Operations Administrator to play a critical role across procurement, contracts, billing, and vendor management.
This is a high impact position supporting Sales, Finance, Delivery, and external vendors ensuring revenue accuracy, margin protection, and a seamless customer experience.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of the commercial operations lifecycle, including:
End-to-end procurement, quoting support, and purchase order management
Contract setup, renewals, and subscription management
Management of recurring billing cycles and billing accuracy
Hands-on administration and optimisation of Autotask
Supporting internal teams across Sales, Finance, and Technical Delivery
Vendor and customer liaison to ensure smooth service and delivery
Maintaining accurate, audit-ready commercial records
What You’ll Need (Essential)
Previous experience within an MSP / IT Services environment
Strong, hands-on experience using Autotask (live system use)
Proven experience managing:
Procurement & purchase orders
Contracts & renewals
Recurring billing cycles
High attention to detail with strong numerical and reconciliation skills
Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams
Experience liaising with vendors and customers
Desirable Experience
Office 365 / NCE licensing knowledge
Kaseya Quote Manager
NetSuite
Telecoms provisioning (e.g. Gamma)

Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven
Commercially aware with a strong operational mindset
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced MSP environment
Systems-focused with a drive to improve processes and accuracy
