As a Lidl Procurement Administrator, youll be essential to the smooth running of our Shopfitting team. From processing invoices and raising purchase orders, to preparing reports and conducting research for our project managers, youll develop your procurement and administrative experience and sharpen your attention to detail. Youll enjoy a dynamic environment where youll see the impact of what you do every day, working within a supportive and friendly team.

Raise purchase orders for the team
Process invoices for our multiple suppliers
Create PowerPoint presentations
Process emails and calls
Prepare and manage data using Excel reports
Arrange travel and meetings
Conduct research and analysis for project managers
Liaise with suppliers and maintain relationships with Key Account Managers
Set up user accounts for the Procurement Department
Process the administration of Procurement related topics and tasks
Administrative experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Some previous experience managing invoices is highly desirable
A strong multi-tasker with excellent organisational skills
The ability to prioritise deadlines proactively and accordingly
Great experience with full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent communication skills, adapting communication to different stakeholders
An unwavering eye for detail supported by good literacy and numerical skills
Motivated and proactive with an attitude to learn and develop
German skills are beneficial but not essential
