Procurement Account Manager / Lead – Real Estate Services – Key Global Account – Central London (Hybrid) – £50k–£80k + Benefits

A leading global real estate services organisation is undergoing a significant period of growth, having secured a number of high-profile clients across its portfolio. As a result, they are looking to appoint a Procurement professional to support and lead activity across a key global account.


This opportunity is deliberately positioned across level, offering scope for both developing Procurement Managers looking to step up, as well as more experienced professionals ready to take ownership of strategic client relationships and account delivery.


Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a central role in shaping procurement strategy, managing supplier relationships, and driving value across facilities and real estate spend.


As a Procurement Account Manager / Lead, you will:

• Act as a key interface between the client, procurement function and wider business, supporting delivery across a major global account

• Partner with stakeholders across finance, HR and commercial teams to align procurement activity with broader business objectives

• Lead or support sourcing activity across mobilisation projects and ongoing operational delivery

• Develop and implement category strategies across facilities management spend, including both hard and soft services

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning procurement as a trusted advisor and value driver

• Contribute to supplier management, performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives

Required background:

• Experience across facilities management or real estate procurement, covering hard and or soft services

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across a range of levels

• Exposure to working within a client facing or outsourced service environment would be advantageous

• Experience delivering sourcing activity and supporting category strategy development

• MCIPS or degree level education beneficial but not essential
