Processing & Quality Manager Are you an experienced leader in food production with a passion for quality, hygiene, and continuous improvement? We are looking for a Processing & Quality Manager to take ownership of processing operations and uphold the highest standards across our site.
About the Role As Processing & Quality Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of liquids processing, packing, and quality functions , ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence at every stage. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining product quality, driving performance, and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage processing teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards
Oversee quality control, hygiene management, and stock control across the site
Maintain and improve HACCP systems and quality procedures
Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and company policies
Manage training, performance reviews, rotas, and staff development
Conduct investigations, audits, and manage non-conformances
Oversee raw and finished product testing and quality assurance
Manage consumables, chemicals, PPE, and supplier relationships
Support continuous improvement of processes, systems, and efficiencies
Liaise closely with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
What Were Looking For Proven experience in a food production or liquids processing environment
Strong knowledge of quality systems, HACCP, and hygiene standards
Experience managing teams and driving performance
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
A proactive approach to improving systems and processes
