Our client, a leading technical centre in the battery manufacturing sector, is seeking a Process Quality Technician to support the delivery of high-quality operational processes and outputs. This role ensures compliance with customer requirements, ISO 9001, and internal quality management systems, playing a vital part in driving product excellence across all stages of production.
The Process Quality Technician will:
Support operations with data collection, product conformance checks, and process measurements.
Conduct process audits in line with control plans, procedures, and work instructions.
Raise non-conformities, deviations, and initiate Level Zero concerns where required.
Carry out goods inward inspections against supporting documentation.
Issue supplier rejection notes when appropriate and follow up with corrective actions.
Assist with in-line process measurements and support operational quality improvements.
The Process Quality Technician will have:
NVQ in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a related engineering role, ideally with a quality inspection background.
Proficient in Excel and Outlook for data capture and reporting.
Experience in product measurement, data collection, and process auditing (audit experience desirable)
Awareness of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
Strong communication, time management, and collaborative skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
