Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Process Improvement Lead to join their team.

Experience

* Process improvement & project management and implementation

* Dealing with each and every department on a day to day basis

* Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and productivity

* Lean Methodologies: Lean tools - implement standard work to improve processes

* Capability Building: Mentor and train teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement

* Experience in process improvement, lean leadership / lean tools

* Support the goal of enhancing security, safety, and business efficiencies and process improvement

Education

* Relevant Degree or qualification

* Lean Methodologies / Six Sigma Green Belt

Requirements / Competencies

* Excellent communication skills; Good stakeholder engagement skills

* Highly organised with attention to detail & great ‘can-do’ attitude

* Strong business analytics / analytical thinker

* Commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency

* Courage to challenge established norms

* A team player who acts with integrity and treats everyone with respect
