Job Description
Process Improvement Manager
Location: London - 2/3 days on-site per week
Function: Transformation / Operational Excellence
Our client is looking for a Process Improvement Manager to support enterprise-wide transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in a corporate, service-led environment. The role focuses on improving ways of working, driving efficiency, and embedding sustainable change across cross-functional teams.
You will work at the intersection of strategy and delivery—translating objectives into actionable plans, supporting execution, and ensuring measurable benefits are realised.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and embed continuous improvement practices across business and corporate functions Diagnose operational issues and facilitate process improvement initiatives Deliver cross-functional transformation projects from planning through to benefits realisation Support governance, performance tracking, and senior-level reporting Build CI capability through coaching and stakeholder engagement
You
Proven experience in operational excellence, transformation, or business improvement roles within corporate, business operations environment Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies Experience delivering complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing without direct authority
This role is not working within a manufacturing, supply chain, production line, or engineering environment. Experience should be focused on enterprise, business, or change & transformation.
