Address any safety concerns in functional area Compile and stratify data to identify sources of process waste and inefficiencies Utilize a formal focused improvement methodology to lead process and quality improvement projects within functional area to improve plant profitability Monitor and trend process key performance metrics to identify and address any process abnormalities and improve statistical capability Develop, justify, and manage small capital projects Serve as technical expert in functional area to troubleshoot and resolve any process-related performance issues Act with a sense of urgency to remedy any process-related issues impacting product quality or process efficiency Compile and present formal presentations pertaining to process performance metrics Work with the Maintenance & Engineering Departments to resolve any recurring equipment
