We are working with a global market-leading FMCG manufacturer to recruit a Process Development Engineer to join their innovation and technology team based near Wellingborough. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly innovative business operating at scale across international markets, supporting the development and delivery of new manufacturing technologies, product innovations, and process improvements within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering projects from concept through to factory implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, and external suppliers. This role would suit an engineer with a passion for food processing, manufacturing technology, process optimisation, and new product innovation. The Role As the Process Development Engineer, you will support the delivery of manufacturing technologies as part of multi-functional project teams, working across innovation, product renovation, waste reduction, quality improvement, and value engineering projects. You will take ownership of process development workstreams to ensure projects are delivered on time and in full, from early concept and pilot plant trials through to commissioning and industrial implementation.
