Process Engineer required for a World Class manufacturing company based in Gloucester GL 2 paying circa £37k. You will be working 37 hours per week.

Our client is looking for a confident Process Engineer who can support their vision for improving the performance and process capability in all areas of manufacturing whilst also identifying cost savings that can be made without compromising their product or service.
Your role as Process Engineer for our client will involve you undertaking the following type of tasks:
- perform Root-Cause analysis with process and test data to implement sustainable corrective actions
- respond to manufacturing problems in a timely manner to support production
- ensure site compliance to customer requirements as well as ISO9001 standards
- understand and apply the principles of lean and six sigma
- support and coordinate the implementation of capital investment programs
- understand risk management and the process based approach to quality and continuous improvements
Our client is looking for a Process Engineer that can challenge the status quo, who has experience within manufacturing and who is very detail focused. You might already be a process engineer for another company or you might equally be someone that has a strong experience working on the shop floor who is looking for their next step up.
