Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join their very busy and expanding Private Client / Wills, Trusts & Probate Department . You will work closely with an experienced Partner who is a full member of STEP , alongside a supportive team of solicitors and dedicated support staff. The role offers a high-quality and varied caseload with genuine scope for development. The Role: Managing your own varied private client caseload Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection work and applications Trust work and the administration of estates Advising elderly and vulnerable clients and their families
