Probate Lawyer | Senior Associate Personal Estate Manager

What you'll be doing: Manage and progress a case load of mostly taxable estate administration cases. Take ownership of all technical tasks required to progress a case. Manage all client communication and correspondence. Draft interim and final estate accounts. Support the coaching, development and mentoring of junior colleagues. Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in how we work. What we're looking for Qualifications are desirable but not essential. We are looking for individuals with some of the following experience: 5 years' experience of end-to-end estate administration and probate. STEP / TEP Qualification (or working towards). Qualified Solicitor (desirable). CILEX Qualified (desirable). The type of person you'll be: A Strong communicator - clear, empathetic, and confident. A proactive, solutions-focused individual.
