We are working with an Essex local authority in their search for a new Private Sector Housing Manager to lead a well-established, high-performing PSH team on a permanent basis.

The focus is on leadership, delivery, and shaping the service through the implementation of the Renters Rights Act, alongside ongoing HMO licensing and housing enforcement activity.
