Private Client Tax Partnerships Associate Director Liverpool (Hybrid) A leading national advisory firm is seeking an experienced tax professional to join its Private Client team as an Associate Director, specialising in Partnerships Tax. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior tax specialist to take on a strategic and client-facing leadership role, managing a diverse portfolio of clients and leading on complex advisory projects. The role combines technical expertise with team leadership and business development responsibilities, offering scope to make a meaningful impact in a growing and collaborative environment. This opportunity is ideal for a Private Client Tax Senior Manager looking to progress into an Associate Director role, or for an existing Associate Director seeking a new challenge. Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for both existing and new clients. Lead advisory and technical assignments, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and deadlines. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and secure new business opportunities. Oversee and review work completed by team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development. Foster collaboration across service lines to ensure client needs are fully met. Contribute to team growth and workforce planning while maintaining an inclusive and supportive culture.

Requirements

CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience. Strong technical knowledge of partnership and private client tax matters. Demonstrated success in client relationship management and project delivery. Proven experience leading advisory projects and producing high-quality technical reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative working style. Experience managing a portfolio of compliance and advisory projects and mentoring junior team members.
