My client is an incredibly successful and established highliy regarded professional services organisation in the

City of London, they are seeking additional headcount for their growing Tax

Advisory-focused team .

This role is ideal for an experienced private client tax professional who enjoys complex advisory work, client interaction, and playing a key role in delivering high-quality tax planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families.

The Role

As a Private Client Tax Manager, you will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver bespoke advisory services across a diverse private client portfolio. Youll take ownership of projects, manage client relationships, and help shape the firms advisory offering.

Key responsibilities include: Delivering private client tax advisory work, including IHT planning, trusts, estate planning, and residency/domicile matters Managing a portfolio of HNW and UHNW individuals, families, and trusts Preparing and reviewing complex personal tax returns as part of wider advisory engagements Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear, practical, and commercially aware tax advice Leading client meetings and managing advisory projects from start to finish Supporting HMRC enquiries and technical correspondence Mentoring and developing junior team members Identifying planning opportunities and supporting business development initiatives Requirements:

CTA qualified (or equivalent) Strong experience in

private client tax advisory

within practice Technical expertise across IHT, trusts, estate planning, and personal tax Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills Commercially minded with the ability to spot advisory and planning opportunities Experience managing and developing junior staff Whats on Offer
