We are currently working with a leading accountancy firm in the North who are looking to make a strategic hire in their private client tax team. This firm have ambitious growth plans across the UK and in the North, servicing an interesting, complex and engaging portfolio of HNWIs, Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Trusts.

Your new role

  • Your role will involve managing a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, providing bespoke tax planning and advisory services. You will be the go-to expert for complex tax issues, ensuring compliance and optimising tax positions for our clients.
  • Lead and develop the private client tax team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and their families.
  • Manage complex tax compliance matters, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay abreast of the latest tax legislation and industry trends to provide cutting-edge advice.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

What you\'ll need to be successful

  • ACA/CTA qualified with significant experience in private client tax.
  • Proven track record of managing a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex tax issues.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth.
