About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Cheltenham. This role offers the chance to work with a high-quality client base, handling a broad range of private client matters while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice and maintaining the firm’s strong reputation for client care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney Trusts and tax planning Providing high-quality, client-focused legal advice Building and maintaining long-term client relationships Supporting business development and networking activities Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with significant experience in private client work Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate planning Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to manage a busy caseload independently STEP qualification or working towards (desirable)
