Private Client Solicitor Location: Warrington Hours: Full Time, Monday Friday, Office based Salary: £35k - £60k DOE
Find Your Footsteps Recruitment have teamed up with one of the U.Ks most successful legal firms and are currently supporting them with the recruitment of a private client solicitor within their private client team at their office in Warrington.
Role responsibilities Probate Dealing with administration of estates from start to finish. Preparation and application for Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration. Completion of and dealing with all tax forms, in respect of Inheritance Tax, Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax and advising with regard to the same. Attending to house clearances where appropriate Collecting in and realising assets and paying liabilities Distributing the estate and preparing income and distribution accounts Advising with regard to Tax mitigation and Deeds of Variation and dealing with the same.
Wills Taking instructions and advising as necessary Assessing the capacity of the Client, where necessary Providing advice on Inheritance Tax, Income Tax, and Capital Gains Tax and Tax Mitigation Drafting, preparation and attesting of Wills Applying for Statutory Wills, where nece...
