As part of this role, you will lead and manage a team of Solicitors and legal executives, fostering effective performance and team development. You'll also work towards performance targets to contribute to the firm's ongoing success and business development. 

Requirements:

• 8+ years' PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Proven experience in managing teams
• Keen to drive business development
• Extensive expertise in private client matters (wills, probate, trusts, etc)
