You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice, managing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Managing client files with appropriate supervision and ensuring full compliance
Advising clients on a range of private client matters, including drafting and negotiating documentation
Handling matters efficiently and in a timely manner to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Working to agreed KPIs and demonstrating a commercial approach
Supporting business development and building relationships with clients and referrers
Committing to ongoing professional development
About You
Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client work
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly
Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also supporting on more complex matters
Organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
Commercially aware with an interest in business development
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
Professional, discreet and client-focused
