Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE)

Location: East Midlands (Northamptonshire region)

Harkaye Core Talent is partnering with a growing and forward-thinking law firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) to play a key role in expanding its presence within the local market.

The Opportunity


This role goes beyond a traditional fee-earning position. You will be instrumental in:

  • Strengthening and developing the firm’s Private Client offering in the region
  • Building long-term client relationships and becoming a trusted local advisor
  • Supporting the growth of a team as the department expands
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of the office


Key Responsibilities


  • Managing a varied caseload including:
  • Wills & Estate Planning
  • Probate & Estate Administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Trusts
  • Delivering high-quality client service with empathy and professionalism
  • Playing an active role in business development and networking
  • Supporting junior team members as the team grows


About You


  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client
  • Strong technical expertise across a broad private client caseload
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow with the firm and build a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skill
