Key Responsibilities Provide expert legal advice on IHT planning (including multi-jurisdictional assets), Care Home Fee planning, Wills, LPAs, and Estate Administration. Manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships. Support business development efforts, including networking, meetings, and events (some travel and out-of-hours work required).
