Manage a broad caseload covering Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, and Probate matters , with the support of an experienced specialist private client team. Provide tailored, first-rate advice to clients, delivering exceptional client care Take responsibility for supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, supporting their development, and contributing to the wider success of the department overall Nurturing existing client relationships while building new ones through marketing, networking, and referral work. Work closely with the Head of Department and senior management to contribute to the long-term growth of the team
