Job Opportunity: Private Client Solicitor - 1+ PQE Location: Stirling Overview: An established Stirling firm is looking to add a Private Client Solicitor to its team. The role involves a broad private client caseload and offers a supportive environment with scope to develop and progress. Role Requirements:

Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney Managing executries and trusts, including Confirmations, IHT forms and accounts Running files from instruction to completion Supporting Paralegals and Trainees Preparing documentation accurately and to deadlines

Experience:

1+ PQE in Private Client within a Scottish law firm Experience in wills, executries, trusts and estate administration Supervisory experience helpful but not essential

Skills:

Clear and professional communication Organised and able to prioritise workload Good attention to detail Team-focused approach
