The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a 3+ PQE Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX qualified professional to join a busy Wills, Trusts & Probate (Bereavement) team.

You will handle a varied caseload including:

• Drafting Wills, LPAs, and Powers of Attorney (simple to complex)
• Managing probate and estate administration, including HNW estates
• Handling taxable estates (IHT400s, reliefs, etc.)
• Advising on intestacy matters
• Trust administration, including:
• Life Interest & Discretionary Trusts
• Tax implications across the lifecycle of trusts
• Estate planning structures
• Some exposure to Court of Protection matters (desirable, not essential)
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives

About You

• 3+ years PQE (or equivalent experience)
• Strong background in Private Client work
• Experience across Wills, Probate & Trusts
• STEP qualified or working towards (desirable)
• Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
• Proactive, team-oriented, and motivated to progress
