Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor (3+ PQE) | Hertford / Hybrid Hertford / Hybrid Full-time Competitive salary (DOE) The Role An opportunity has arisen for a 3+ PQE Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX qualified professional to join a busy Wills, Trusts & Probate (Bereavement) team. Responsibilities You will handle a varied caseload including:

Drafting Wills, LPAs, and Powers of Attorney (simple to complex) Managing probate and estate administration, including HNW estates Advising on intestacy matters Trust administration, including: Life Interest & Discretionary Trusts Tax implications across the lifecycle of trusts Some exposure to Court of Protection matters (desirable, not essential) Supporting business development and networking initiatives

About You

3+ years PQE (or equivalent experience) Strong background in Private Client work Experience across Wills, Probate & Trusts STEP qualified or working towards (desirable) Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills Proactive, team-oriented, and motivated to progress
