The Team The Private Client team works across multiple East Anglia offices, advising clients on the full spectrum of lifetime planning, including:

Wills and trusts Complex lifetime tax planning Estate administration Powers of attorney Court of Protection work

Team members are based in Ipswich, Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, and Norwich, sharing work, expertise, and support across offices. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of cases and never be limited to a single location or type of work. The Role This position is ideal for a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with around 1–2 years’ post‑qualification experience who is ready to take the next step and gain responsibility while still receiving strong support and guidance. Key Responsibilities

Managing your own caseload with sound financial management Drafting documents, letters and client advice Conducting face‑to‑face and remote client meetings Advising on wills, trusts, probate, powers of attorney and lifetime planning Conducting legal research and keeping up‑to‑date with developments Supporting, mentoring, and coaching junior team members Collaborating across offices as needed to support client work Assisting with business development initiatives Making effective use of technology and case management systems
