Private Client Partner

Oxford | £80,000+ DOE + Bonus & Equity Options | Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor ready to take the next step into partnership, or an established Private Client Partner seeking a new platform at a prestigious, award-winning law firm? Our client, a highly regarded Legal 500 firm, is looking to appoint a Senior Lawyer to help lead and grow their thriving Private Client practice in Oxford.

This is a standout opportunity to work with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, advising on complex estates, trusts, succession and tax planning while playing a strategic role in the future direction of the department.

The Role

As a Private Client Partner, you will combine high-level fee earning with leadership and business development responsibilities. Your work will include:

Leading on complex wills, estates and succession planning

Advising on trusts, tax structuring and wealth preservation

Overseeing probate and high-value estate administration

Advising on LPAs and long-term planning

Developing and maintaining strong HNW/UHNW client relationships

Contributing to team leadership, mentoring and departmental growth

You'll work closely with fellow partners and senior associates in a well-resourced team, supported by experienced secretarial and administrative staff.

Senior Private Client Solicitor (8+ PQE) ready for partnership or existing Partner
