What You’ll Do
Lead on inheritance tax and lifetime trust advice Complement existing services in wills, probate & powers of attorney Build lasting relationships with clients, IFAs & professional contacts Take the lead in business development through networking, writing, and events Guide and mentor junior colleagues as the team grows
Requirements
Private Client Solicitor likely at Senior Associate, Partner of Head of Department level with significant PQE in Private Client law , with expertise in trusts and inheritance tax Broader experience across wills and complex probates Excellent communicator with strong client relationship skills Proven business development ability, ideally with a network of IFAs/professional contacts Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially minded
