  • Excellent copy, digital dictation and audio typing ability

Day to Day Work:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors handling a private client caseload that includes wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and trusts
  • \n\t
  • Producing letters and legal documents
  • \n\t
  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner and providing reception cover when required
  • \n\t
  • Dealing with enquiries from clients and other legal professionals via email, fax, letter and in person
  • \n\t
  • Copying, scanning and faxing as required
  • \n\t
  • Opening, closing and archiving files
  • \n\t
  • AML and compliance 
  • \n\t
  • Liaising with the accounts team re bank transfers, cheques etc
  • \n\t
  • Filing, diary management and other general administration work 
  • \n
