The team advises on complex cross border structures involving trusts, corporate vehicles and heritage assets, often built on long term personal relationships.

The Opportunity

Due to strategic growth, the firm is seeking an Associate with 3+ years PQE and a Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE. You will join a technically sharp and collegiate team, with the opportunity to develop under Partner guidance while gaining autonomy to lead matters and build your own client relationships.

This role suits someone with:

• Strong experience advising high net worth and ultra high net worth clients on complex wealth holding structures
• A commercial mindset and ability to balance asset protection with practical tax strategy
• Familiarity with international structures and offshore elements, particularly common law jurisdictions
• A desire to contribute to a close knit and intellectually engaging environment

Who You Are

• Trained at a well regarded City or top tier regional firm
• STEP qualified or willing to pursue (preferred)
• Academically strong, technically excellent and emotionally intelligent
• A team player with ambition and a desire to grow your own profile
