Are you a talented, self-employed chef who is passionate about making food delicious rather than serviceable?
Each week youll design a menu of coeliac-safe lunches and dinners for a young couple and their guests, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Favourite cuisines include British, Venezuelan, Mexican, Vietnamese and Ethiopian. Working from the clients kitchen, youll source gluten-free ingredients, then cook and plate each meal ready for the week ahead. To ensure freshness, this will take place over two half-days a week, ideally Tuesdays and Fridays.

With a coeliac client, strict cleanliness, a high-level of organisation and awareness of ingredients are essential, as is clear communication. The right candidate will be a deft hand at allergen handling processes, having plenty of experience with preparing allergen-focused HACCP plans or Food Safety Management System documentation.
