Due to business requirements, we are now looking to acquire the services of an experienced Private Banking Officer.
Please note that this is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will provide support to Investment Advisors and Relationship Managers who develop and service HNW client relationships with a focus on KYC and KYB maintenance and resolving client queries to ensure exceptional service. To provide general support to Relationship Managers which includes but is not limited to:
Respond and promptly treat client requests, queries, and enquiries. Unresolved requests by close of business should be duly escalated daily. General administrative support on client onboarding and retention, account opening, client screening and KYC documentation checks. Conduct effective KYB maintenance on existing clients ensuring updated documents are obtained and accurately filed. Manage the Term/ Premium Term deposits portfolio, ensuring all clients with maturing deposits are contacted and deposits rolled over promptly. Maintain accurate records for wealth management trades via the Custodian. Update AuM database promptly following every trade, using issued contract notes which should be saved in Client Folders on View IT. Update all WM reports such as Portfolio Valuation, Rebates reconciliation, Performance tracker, Fund factsheets etc. Provide first level credit underwriting for assigned portfolio of Mortgage /Wealth Management clients. Maintain compliant and accurate client files on M files or physical as required by the Bank’s policy and relevant external bodies. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports and MI to other departments including Covenant Monitoring Report and Compliance Certificate.
