Use of setting sheet and packing specification
Setting of feeder components
Setting of pre-break section
Setting of the Pharma Code reader
Setting of glue pot
Setting of overhead glue system
Setting of folding section
Setting of transfer section
Setting of infeed devices
Setting of delivery belt
Setting of Little David
Understand and complete Pass Sheet / QMC / all Q.C. documentation
Qualifications and knowledge:
Understand and follow the CAPA / Improvement Process, when appropriate
Understand and follow the Quality Process Flow Charts, including CCPs
Production - Objectives
Maintain output according to schedule
Assist the Finishing Manager with training of new personnel
Maintain and clean gluing machine
Weekly factory cleaning, to the schedule

Finishing Supervisor
Finishing
Liase with the Supply Chain Manager to compile the schedule
Read and understand the job schedule
Read and understand the Work Instructions (Job Bag)
Setting of the Gluing Machine for varying carton styles
Setting of the Pharma Code reader
Setting of the glue wheel
Setting of the overhead glue system
Purchase of pallets
Purchase of outer cases
Purchase relevant factory sundries, including glue
Understand and complete Pass Sheet / QMC / all Q. C. documentation
Operate fork lift (grab) and reach truck
Qualifications and knowledge:
Understand and follow the CAPA / Improvement Process, when appropriate
Understand and follow the Quality Process Flow Charts, including CCPs
Production - Objectives
Maintain output according to schedule
Maintain and clean gluing machine
Training of new personnel
Weekly factory cleaning, to the schedule
Salary
Finishing Operator: Up to £31,000 DOE
Finishing Supervisor: Up to £36,000 DOE
