Principal Talent Acquisition Team Lead - RPO

As a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence, influencing strategy, and mentoring high‑performing teams within a complex RPO environment. This is a senior role where you’ll combine hands‑on delivery with strategic impact, owning critical hires, guiding stakeholders, and elevating recruitment outcomes across multi‑region programs.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for senior, specialised, or business‑critical roles.
  • Design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR partners, advising on workforce planning and market insights.
  • Provide stakeholders with salary benchmarking, competitor intelligence, and talent trends.
  • Mentor and coach Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
  • Use data and analytics to optimise recruitment processes and present actionable insights.
  • Collaborate across teams and supply chain partners to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Represent the employer brand at industry events and share workforce intelligence.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience (RPO or in‑house).
  • Proven success sourcing talent in Engineering, IT, Finance, or Corporate functions.
  • Experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Strong proficiency with ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to workforce planning, talent intelligence, or supplier management.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding.
  • Active participation in industry networks or events.
